PRO Convention, USA - HOSTING QUESTIONNAIRE

Hosting the PRO Convention, USA is a large responsibility and takes a large amount of team work and effort. Clubs that show interest in hosting The PROC, USA should complete the questionnaire to be a potential hosting club. Please note, the following guidelines prior to completing the questionnaire:
- Your club has to be established for 5 years.
- Have a Co-Hosting club.
- Obtain 25 names of affiliating area Presidents is essential to show collaboration and acceptance of your hosting The PROC, USA in your area.
- Submit a proposal once your questionnaire has been assessed.
- Be accepting to participate in working an actually PROC, USA prior to hosting, if you are accepted.
Please note, any other requirements will be discussed if applicable. All of this information should be forwarded to The PROC, USA Committee once you have submitted your proposal.
